My family loved the pumpkin roll! Everybody at the table was shocked to find out that it was actually healthy for you! My kids are now asking me to make it all the time, and I'm happy to do so.

The tips for healthy holiday eating were very useful. My brother-in-law makes a pepperoni roll that is out of this world, but not the healthiest. I made a deal with myself that I would only have one and half pieces. It was tough, but I stuck to it. When it came time for the meal, I ate very slowly, really focusing on the conversation. While other people were getting their second plate, I was midway through my first. Thanksgiving has always been a problem for me, but this year I conquered it. Thanks so much!
