"Kids Meals" aren't always the lowest in calories

An article in today's Indianapolis Star discusses the findings of a recent study which looks at the number of calories in so-called "kids meals." The study found that 93% of the meals had over 430 calories and others topped 1000 calories. Be on the lookout for these healthier options when you're feeding your kids!
